What You Need to Know

  • Available to recruits ages 17 and up. No parent or guardian required.
  • No monthly service charge when you make a direct deposit each statement cycle. Otherwise, a $12 monthly service charge applies.
  • Free e.Statements or $5 paper statements. Other miscellaneous fees, including overdraft fees, may also apply.
  • Closing new accounts within 90 days of opening will result in a $20 early closure fee.

How to Open an Account

  • Step 1: Fill out the Signature Card (PDF) and email or fax it back to us with a copy of your ID. View our list of Acceptable Forms of ID (PDF) to open an account.
  • Step 2: We will call you with an account number within minutes! In addition to sending a debit card, we will mail starter checks and other account information. Leaving soon and need us to Quick Ship your new debit card to you? We will overnight a debit card to you!
  • Step 3: Print the Direct Deposit Form (PDF) and take to Basic Training or submit to your Finance Office.
