Jason Rogers brings more than 20 years of mortgage industry experience to his role as a Mortgage Banker at Armed Forces Bank. Since beginning his career in 2006, Jason has developed a well-rounded background in lending, having served as a Loan Officer, Sales Manager, and Processing Manager. This breadth of experience gives him a deep understanding of every stage of the mortgage process, allowing him to guide clients with confidence and clarity.

Jason’s greatest strength is his commitment to communication. He believes that an informed client is an empowered client, and he takes pride in ensuring borrowers fully understand each step of their home financing journey. His promise is simple but meaningful—to provide the timely, dependable service his clients deserve.

Outside of work, Jason is deeply involved in his community. He served as a City Council member in Fairway, Kansas from 2000 to 2024, demonstrating a long-standing dedication to public service. He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and cooking. Jason and his wife, married since 2012, live in Fairway and are proud parents of two adult children.
