Kenneth is a graduate of Colorado State University Business School of Finance and has over 20 years of personal experience handling loans always looking for the best available options and lowest fees. He has helped several hundred Veterans with their home buying and refinance process as they travel and relocate across the country.

Kenneth has the knowhow to help clients navigate the loan buying process making sure to find the right product for their situation and assisting home buyers every step of the way. As an experienced Loan Officer, Ken will be there to guide and discuss available options with loan programs such as VA, FHA, Conv, Jumbo, Construction, HELOC and Reverse Mortgages. Understanding that the home buying process is a challenging undertaking, Ken’s 20 years of insight into the mortgage business allows him to help simplify and maintain a smooth transaction from beginning to end.

Ken is a proud American who takes pleasure in providing a positive experience for others both in his career and homelife. He is always willing to step up and do what it takes to help advocate for his clients and his family. Helping make people’s dream of home ownership a reality is a point of pride for Ken. He has helped raise money for Folds of Honor, Tunnel to Towers, Phoenix Police and is an active sponsor and volunteer for St. Mary’s Food Bank and Vitalant Blood Services. Ken is a proud father to four hard working kids and a wonderful husband to his wife of 27 years. In his free time he enjoys hiking, biking, golfing and a good baseball game.
