About Jim Wallace
With more than 23 years in mortgage and additional experience in real estate, Jim knows that market conditions and mortgage programs continually change. That’s why Jim specializes in educating customers on the home buying process.
Jim is committed to providing clear and concise communication with each client through every step of the home loan process. He and his team particularly enjoy working with military clients and first-time homebuyers.
Jim has earned recognition of being in the top 10% of loan originators nationally by Scotsman Guide of Top Mortgage Producers.
Prior to mortgage and real estate, Jim earned a business degree in finance. Additionally, Jim is blessed with a wonderful wife and three daughters. Together they have a small farm with some horses, goats and chickens. Jim is also active in the Veterans Community Project and is working to help open a local VAREP chapter.
