Dave has been originating mortgages since 1998 and has vast knowledge with Non-Conforming/Jumbo Conventional loans, VA loans, Conforming Conventional loans, FHA loans, and Armed Forces Bank’s Portfolio loans for Professionals and First Responders.

Dave prides himself on being 100% involved in all loan transactions from the day the process begins through closing and even beyond if any questions should arise.

Dave has previously undergone Underwriting Training to ensure accuracy and loan integrity to guarantee his clients receive the most accurate information at the start of the application process. Dave has also been involved in virtually every aspect of banking, having worked local bank branches during high school and college.

As a way to stay active and invested in his community, Dave enjoys attending as many Police Department and Fire Department fundraising functions as he can.
