Getting Started

To sign up for Online Banking, you will need to complete the first-time enrollment process by providing the following:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Account number (your Armed Forces Bank checking, savings, certificate of deposit, or loan account number)
  • TeleBank PIN - If your TeleBank PIN contains alpha characters, you will need to enter the corresponding numerical values on the telephone key pad. For example, if your TeleBank PIN is “bank" the corresponding numerical PIN is “2265”.
  • If you need your TeleBank PIN, please call us at (888) 929-2265.
  • Then, follow the steps to set up a unique access ID and password.

You can do the following with Online Banking:

  • View account balances, recent transactions, and check images to keep track of finances
  • Transfer funds between your Armed Forces Bank accounts
  • Pay bills online to anyone, anywhere in the U.S
  • Easily contact us by starting a web chat
  • Apply for a personal loan
  • Get security and account alerts by mobile phone or email
  • Access statements from up to the past 18 months

First, log into Online Banking to start a web chat. Then, look for our chat icon in the upper right-hand corner. When the chat icon is active, you can click it to begin a chat. If the chat icon is not active, please contact us during the regular web chat hours. Web chat is available, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. CT and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT.
