To view and retrieve your e.Statements, first log into Online Banking, then select your account and select the e.Statements button. If you have a combined account statement, simply choose the primary account that’s listed as the first account on your paper statement.

Use your web browser's print function to print an e.Statement. Alternatively, you can print directly from the Acrobat Reader toolbar if you have saved the e.Statement to your computer.

Click the "Save a Copy" icon in Adobe Acrobat Reader to save an e.Statement. You will also need to choose a file name for the statement.

Yes, our Enhanced Online Security within Online Banking protects all your financial information that displays in an e.Statement.

After the close of each statement cycle, you will receive an email message (to the email address you specify during enrollment) that lets you know your statement is available.

If you are not receiving notifications, there a few things you can check:

  • Verify the email address listed in Online Banking is correct. To check this, log into Online Banking, then go to “Mobile & Online Banking Options”. Here, you can change or update your email address if it is incorrect.
  • Make sure you have added Armed Forces Bank ( to your trusted email sender's list.
  • Contact us if you need any further assistance.
