Text Banking

There are three different ways to sign up for Text Banking:

  • Log into Online Banking, then navigate to the "Mobile and Online Banking Options" section and follow the instructions.
  • In the Armed Forces Bank mobile app, go to the "Services" menu, click the "Register for SMS" icon, and follow the instructions.
  • Call us at (888) 929-2265.

You can text us at EZBANK (392265) with any of the following commands, and we’ll send a return text with the info you have requested:

  • BAL = View balances for all of your accounts.
  • HIS = Text "HIS A1," "HIS A2," "HIS A3," etc., (meaning Account 1, 2 or 3) to view the transaction history for specific accounts.
  • ATM = Text ATM plus a ZIP code (ATM12345) to locate nearby ATMs.
  • BRANCH = Text BRANCH plus a ZIP code ("BRANCH12345") to locate a nearby branch.
  • HELP = See how to get help.
  • STOP = Stop receiving text messages from Armed Forces Bank.
