Your debit card should take approximately 10 to 14 business days through regular mail. It could take anywhere from 14 to 24 business days if you are overseas.
Debit Cards
There are three different ways to order your debit card:
- Log into Digital Banking and send us a messasge.
- Call or visit a branch for assistance.
Call (855)-426-5165 to change your debit card PIN.
To activate your card log in to Online or Mobile Banking*.
Go to Manage Debit Cards.
Activate New Card - Click on the Card and confirm activation.

To report a lost or stolen card log in to Online or Mobile Banking*.

Report lost or stolen
Submitting your card lost, stolen, or damaged will result in the following:
- Permanent card deactivation.
- Change is immediate and not reversible.
- The replacement card will have a new card number.
- Contact companies with which you have established automatic payments and provide those companies with your new debit card number to avoid any disruption in those payments.
- The replacement card will arrive within the next 10-14 business days.
If you only wish to temporarily turn your card off, complete the following:
- Select Cancel button
- Select Off Card toggle on Manage Cards on Card details page
